Shipping Policy
- We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48) via FedEx Ground.
- Orders typically ship on the business day following your purchase.
- Transit times generally range from 1 to 5 days from our Cincinnati facility (Origin ZIP: 45227).
- Please note that larger sinks and custom accessories may require additional preparation and shipping time. We ask that you allow for this when timing your project.
- Please inquire for expedited shipping options and rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and U.S. Territories.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada
- Shipping: The responsibility for standard shipping costs rests with the customer.
- Returns & Exchanges: The responsibility for return shipping costs rests with the customer. The flat $50 return fee per sink still applies.
- Damage & Replacement: Create Good Sinks will assume responsibility for all shipping costs (both delivery and return shipping). No $50 return fee applies for damage or replacement cases.
General Returns
- You may initiate a return for an item within 180 days of receiving the product for a refund.
- A restocking fee of $50 will be charged per sink.
- Refunds will be applied to your account (minus the restocking fee) once the item has been received and inspected.
- We strongly recommend using the packaging from the original shipment. If you are using a return label we provided, simply print it, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any FedEx location.
Damage & Replacement Cases
- Create Good Sinks will assume responsibility for all shipping costs (both the initial delivery and return shipping) for damage or replacement cases.
- The $50 restocking fee is waived for all damage and replacement cases.
Warranty
- Our Limited Lifetime Warranty will protect your purchase for as long as you own your home.
