If anything has been damaged or omitted from the order, contact our sales team immediately.

Locate the drain kit and make sure it is available for the plumber.
There should be one drain kit for each sink bowl. Our Seamless Drain Kit is new to some plumbers. If so, make sure they read the instructions in the box or watch the simple install video.

Installing a Double Ledge?
If installing the sink as a double ledge, be sure to communicate the necessary dimensions to your countertop fabricator. You can find that information here.
