We've had our 32" Create Good Sink for three years. At first, hubby didn't want to purchase it because he couldn't see it in person as it was only available on-line. After a lot of cajoling from me, visiting numerous stores and reading the reviews, I talked him into purchasing it. We both couldn't be happier!
One of the deciding factors for hubby was that it was available with a rear-left side drain , thus avoiding spending a fortune in rerouting the pipes. For me, I did tons of research and it had all the qualities I wanted: 304 stainless steel (see below), curved corners, undercounter mounting, and again, the left side drain. It is the most prized part of our kitchen remodel!
Mom had told me years ago of a friend who bragged about the inexpensive sink she had purcased. Until she dropped a knive and it went right through the bottom of the sink. Some things stick with you over the years and I always remember that story, so the 304 stainless was very important to me.
The customer service has been beyond wonderful. We had the sink a couple months before the remodel was completed enough to install it. The components were heavily packed; more so than some glass items I have purchased. When opening the boxes, the contractor reported the strainer was bent. We reported it and had a new strainer within a few days at no charge. Also, in the past weeks I inquired about the sink drain splash guard as ours was losing its shape. Within a week we had a new one, compliments of Create a Sink, again at no charge. It was explained that the guard can loose it's shape after normal use because of the temperature differences it is subjected to--from freezing cold to boiling hot food or liquid, so it is easy to understand how that can happen over the course of three years. And it is soooo easy to clean! Pop out the guard and throw it in the dishwasher. Or just rinse it off. That's it.
I also ordered accessories. Most used is the black cutting board. Least used are the bamboo cutting boards. I do use the strainer and bowl a lot, but not the cutting board they fit into.
Overall, the only suggestion I can make is to put thumb holes into the bamboo boards for ease of use. A minor thing.
For general cleaning of the sink, a wipedown with my microfiber cloth is all that is usually needed. In the three or four times it needed a heavier cleaning (in three years), Bar Keepers Friend powder takes care of it. Remember to go with the grain. And beware of jewelry. Like any stainless product, the sink is not scratch proof. My wedding ring stone made a small scratch.
Would we purchase again? Absolutely.

The sink is awesome and when I asked the plumber for his honest review he said it was one of the easiest installs, adding he wished more sinks were like this! I actually hand wash a few more items because of the advantage of the drying rack it's really a great addition along with the strainer. I'm delighted you exchanged the bamboo cutting board for the vinyl one so I can sterilize it in my dishwasher after use. I had the Kohlerl sprayer installed, it has a sweep spray and I love it. Rinsing and cleaning the sink is so easy. I also had the plumber rotate the handle so with dripping wet hands, you're dripping over the sink when you turn it off and not the countertop. Our left-handed relative can use it as easily as our right handed family members. The sink is beautiful, I've had people just love this when they see it and use it. It's a beautiful addition to my new quartzite countertops! I bake a lot of sourdough and the fact that the sink stopper can be plugged in easily is really nice, if I forget to rinse the sink I can easily fill it with a quarter inch of water and 20 minutes later all the dried dough rinses out easily. The rounded corners are awesome I just can't say enough good things about this sink!
It was risky to order something online that we weren't sure was going to be a good fit but your return policy and your sales staff made us feel comfortable with the purchase. The sink came delivered to us with great packaging, extremely well protected, amazing. I'm even saving the box, it's really a cool design and I know I can use it for storage on other items. Thanks for this clever design, I can't say enough good things about it, and awesome doesn't do it justice!!!

Beautifully designed and manufactured sink. Match nicely with Hansgrohe waterfall faucet. I love the ability to go from washing to cutting and a clean sink in seconds. The removable stopper reduces bacteria build up. I chose this sink over other designer brand like Rohl, Franke because of flexible design options (I have left drain because I use the right side under sink space for Reverse Osmosis system and my dishwasher is on the left. Customer service was superior (so nice to be talk to someone live and at times their associate was much more helpful than other in-store experience!). I am very happy with my sink and have had it for 3 weeks now.

These are the BEST sinks ever! I searched for weeks to find sinks that fit in my existing cabinets. This company had sinks to fit both my kitchen and my island prep sink. Sink is great, only thing is it's a bit wide from front to back which made our faucet real tight against our backsplash. Within about 1/16" but other than that it's great!
Prior to ordering I had a few questions that were answered very promptly and were informative. I love the new workstation sink. I ordered a left hand drain placement (same side as my dishwasher) and it works really well.
I need help. My brand new sink scratches extremely easy. I’ve had $200-300 sinks in the last that were very durable. This scratches with the slightest touch
First and foremost, this is the highest quality sink I have ever seen. From the thickness of the stainless steel to the sound deadening material, the best in the business! I would not hesitate to order another sink and I will be showing it to all of my contractor friends. I have been building custom homes for 20+ years and I've never seen a better built sink than Create Good Sinks. My only suggestion would be to change your company name to

All I can say is Wow! I was a committed Kohler sink buyer for decades. But not any more! This sink exceeded my expectations in every way. I really didn’t think I would use the colander or other work station features but I do - it is so easy , so o seamless to switch them out. And I am handicapped - so easy for me means completely frictionless for other users. If you are shopping for a sink, I would strongly urge you to consider anything from the Create Good Sinks line of products. Not to mention their incredible customer service. Remember the good old days when calls snd emails were return….? This company knows how to create sinks and customers for life!

My sink arrived in great condition. It is a beautiful finish which was something I worried about when ordering online sight unseen. I Can't talk about use as it has not been installed yet. I will update when my kitchen is finished. I think I made a great choice!
