Just wanted to say how impressed I am with our new sink and the innovative splash guard and the clamp system for the garbage disposal.My take on the splash guard is this is where a high quality rubber material is possible what is creating the flow to be impacted because of its thickness. When I called your company the young lady that I spoke with regarding this issue with the slow flow due to the splash guard immediately responded with a solution and also sent me a new splash guard which I was very impressed with.So you can see in the attached photos that I enlarged the center hole as well as cutting the flaps to make it a little more forgiving which has increased the flow down the drain.I have now simply removed the splash guard and have the clever strainer with the feet on it in all the time to catch food particles which we place into our compost.container.I am still playing around with the splash guard because ideally it would be nice to have it where it belongs.I will keep you posted If I come up with a better solution and I am sure you will too.

Cutting the rubber stopper definitely helped. But probably need to do it even more. Truly appreciate the extra ones sent just in case we mess up cutting them 🤣. You guys have the best customer service EVER!!
I can not say enough good things about Create Good Sinks. When placing our order I was able to speak to a representative to ensure we ordered the correct item. The sink was packed well and was delivered as promised.
We have had our sink for 6 years and it is still as great as the day it was delivered.
I recently reached out to Create Good Sinks needing help ordering a new splash guard, they sent me one free of charge.
The staff have gone above and beyond, this type of service is often lost. Create Good Sinks feels like a small company that still thrives to provide good service.
This Foto is how the Newly Designed Guard really looks, very flexible, water and food flow easily down as it fits below the sink surface as its not "Stiff" like others. Much better than the "Old" Foto STIFF one on the webpage I advised they change. The old version we had to stuff Food/Water down with utensils ripping it. This softer design works so well, I ordered 2 more as NO ONE sells these, only Good Sinks does.

I have had my seamless sink since 2014 and I love it as much today as when it was installed brand new. The replacement of the splash guard was quick and easy! I would never, ever go back to a regular sink... not ever!!

The replacement splashguard took about 15 seconds to install. It took longer to open the box than it did to install!
I spent a long time looking for a replacement on Amazon not realizing I needed one that is specific to the sink- I’m glad I figured it out, and I was especially impressed with shipping time - it was here before I knew it!

This insert works well and is easy to clean. Ours lost its shape over time and customer service told us how to reshape it and also sent out a replacement at no cost. This company really stands by their work.

High-quality products backed by excellent customer service from a company that truly stands behind what it sells. I own several of their sinks, and even after years of daily use, they continue to look as good as new.
These are fantastic sinks. The seamless design of the drain is a genius innovation and unique to Create Good (make that GREAT!) Sinks. The integral support ledges for the cutting board are recessed below the top of the sink, another clever detail that keeps all the food prep debris in the sink, very neat and tidy. Really, great design details and heavy duty fabrication. First rate product, even after two years of heavy use, it looks and performs good as new. Highly recommend this quality product!
We got this as a replacement because the original splash guard was restricting the flow down the drain. This one has slits that allow the water to flow into the drain quickly.

Update to My Previous Review
This is an update to my previous review where I gave this kitchen sink a 3-star rating. The lower rating was due to the fact that we misunderstood the proper use of the strainer basket and the splash guard.
After speaking with Chris, who kindly explained the correct way to use the splash guard, everything is now working perfectly. We truly appreciate the time he took to educate us on the proper use of the system.
We are now 100% satisfied and highly recommend this wonderful kitchen sink.

The splash guard is easy to remove and clean. When removed, the drain area itself is easy to clean as well. The splash created by using the disposal is quite minimal due to the protection give by the flaps in the spash guard. It is important to get the produce scraps into the disposal and below the flaps before starting to grind away!
In a world where customer service is fast becoming a thing of the past, Create Good Sinks has used a different approach. They actually speak with you and try to solve any issue you may have. When I could not find what I needed on their site, I called and was told where to find it for future need. To save me the trouble of ordering it online, since they had me on the phone, they sent me what I needed free of charge!
Cannot speak highly enough of their product and customer service.
Dealing with Good Sinks is amazing. They answer the phone, . They are knowledgeble, They are helpful, and I Unmderstand them.
