In May we ordered a sink, faucet, and accessory package. We finished the installation in October. My wife loves this sink. She told me she wanted a workstation sink and I picked yours because it didn't have the awful seamed ring around the drain that only gets uglier over the years no matter how hard or how often you clean it. She especially likes the drain being at one end and not in the center. Go figure. I had no idea. I picked the 8" depth after reading comments on your site about people having back pain from the deeper models - and because I was concerned about the height above the pull out drawer and how the disposal would fit. That decision led to the center (front to back) offset drain (left or right). The garbage disposal attachment method is brilliant. My wife will never see or experience this, but this, in addition to the seamless drain, is why *I* love this sink. Why all disposals don't attach to all sinks like this is beyond me. They should. It saves so much stress and height! Not having to buy a new disposal (because there was plenty of room above the pull out drawer) was a plus. On countertop installation day I had to commit to left or right and went with left based on the plumbing in the wall. The countertop company attached the bare sink to the countertop and I did the plumbing (faucet, disposal, p-trap, etc.) from there. I was a little unhappy with your 6 point font instructions with tiny images until I realized I didn't need them. I didn't even have to make a trip to Lowe's for new parts, the old p-trap fit perfectly. That NEVER happens. My wife likes the faucet and so do I. If I could change anything it would be to find a better solution to the weighted pull out nozzle line. You made the sink so much better with the seamless drain, perhaps you can do the same for the faucet some day. The issue is the amount of stuff under the back of a kitchen sink, stretchers, cut off valves, clean outs, etc. The weight and looped water line always seem to get caught on something. We have a workable situation, but it could be better. Somebody will figure out something better, someday. My wife thinks the accessories are very useful, especially the roll-up drying rack. I had no clue about the grid in the bottom of the sink but my wife thinks it is great. Replacing a kitchen after 25 years is painful in many ways and painfully expensive to be sure. He partnered with Franke to create our small faucet inventory. We agree with the small fonts on the instruction sheet. We have been in contact with Franke about this detail. I do a lot of cooking and appreciate the protective grid for all my heavy cooking pots and pans. The roll out mat is my favorite accessory. I use this to rinse my leafy vegetables off from my garden. My favorite detail of our sink is the 1/2 radius corners. Cleaning my sink is so much easier. I tossed out my cleaning toothbrush when I replaced my Kraus sink with a Create Good Sink. We've had our Create Good Sinks workstation sink for several months now and couldn't be happier with our choice. The 31" size is perfect for our needs. It's slightly larger than the standard 30" sink but still fits perfectly in a 33" cabinet, giving us that extra workspace without requiring a larger cabinet. We chose the 8" depth, which has been ideal for our setup. As someone who's only 5'2", reaching into a 10" deep sink (which would be 11" with undermount installation) wouldn’t be easy, so this 8" depth is perfect for my height while still providing plenty of room for large pots and pans. It also provides a bit more real estate inside the cabinet for trash or recycling cans. This sink is extremely well insulated and very quiet—a feature you don’t appreciate until you’ve used a sink that is not! The seamless drain is beautiful (and so easy to clean!) And we've found that a quick scrub with Bar Keepers Friend once a month or so keeps the finish looking pristine. We opted for the single ledge install, but we love that Create Good Sinks offers the flexibility of either single or double-ledge installation. We paired it with their soap caddy accessory, which gives us the best of both worlds - the clean look of a single ledge with the functionality of two levels of storage. What truly sets Create Good Sinks apart is their absolutely exceptional customer service. The first sink we received was damaged during shipping, and CGS replaced it immediately without question. After installation, we had some minor issues, and not only did they address the problem quickly, but they also escalated our ticket and stayed in touch with us for several months to make sure everything was resolved and we were completely satisfied. I just had this sink installed a week ago. It is beautiful and sleek. I also purchased the accessory package and so far my favorite accessory is the drying rack which I leave on folded in half (see my pictures). This is the first time I’ve had a single sink. If you are in the same boat as me, I will say it takes longer to fill because it’s bigger (obvious, but something I never thought of). It is very well made, with all possibilities thought through. I’m glad my contractor mentioned this brand to me. I’m very happy with it.
I debated for weeks on whether to get a single or double bowl sink. As I am a creature of habit, I had a hard time letting go of the double bowl concept but I'm so happy that I did. The size is great, the quality is fabulous and I can not speak more highly of the owner and his team! Get a single bowl workstation sink; you won't be disappointed.

We LOVE our sink!! It’s such a high quality, thoughtfully designed, worth the cost, sharp looking, very user friendly, stays clean and does not get dulled out, love the ledges & accessories, really love the seamless drain (our contractor had never seen one and after install said ALL sinks should be made like this!)
Our sink is in and been in use for several weeks and I have to say I love it. It’s our first one basin sink and it seems huge relative to our old double sink. No more banging pots and pans around while washing them. The quality of the sink gets a 10. It is a top notch high quality item I can’t wait for the drying rack to be available.

Our sink was installed two years ago and we have loved it ever since. The sink is well crafted, is easy to clean and it drains without effort. The customer support at Create Good Sinks is prompt, effective and personal. Even two years after the sale, they were there for me to answer a drain attachment question! TIP: Before deciding on a size and depth of sink, I made a cardboard mock-up of the model I had in mind, set it at counter height and then my wife and I imagined using it. The reason I did this is was to be sure that the sink would suit us without causing back strain. You might think that a sink, is a sink, is a sink. Not so! And those "free" sinks offered by the countertop makers? There is a reason they are free. You will not go wrong with Create Good Sinks.
Absolutely love this company and my new work station. I was short on time and wanted a work station sink but had several criteria’s. This sink was the perfect fit. I wasn’t sure how I was going to like the drain placement but it works amazingly!!! I’m so in love with this sink. FYI … I also ordered the faucet and it’s beautiful and sturdy. Don’t hesitate. Excellent customer service. Seriously quality product. From start to finish, an absolutely perfect experience. Why can’t all companies be like this one? If you are looking for a stainless steel sink, this is the company to buy from.
I like the sink. It is well made, no QC issues upon arrival. Packaged very well. Said packaging is likely a substantial part of the cost. It did come with all required parts for installation. I received it promptly, which was important. This was the only sink that I found, except for a much shallower ADA compliant model from another manufacturer, that would allow both an undermount granite counter installation and a sink disposal unit in my application; without major re-work to the drain rough-in under the sink. The integrated disposal mount saves at least an inch of installed disposal unit height. It also looks nice from the topside, but the space issue was the primary driver. It has a relatively narrow 1" mounting flange, and even with that, the trendy single handle side control faucet handle hits the counter thickness backsplash. There is very little room, front to back within the cabinet space, to offset the sink. CGS does offer a single handle faucet with the control on the front (and no protrusion on the back), but I simply turned mine 90 degrees. If mine had a single handle protrusion instead of a loop, it would probably work fine. This seems to be an issue with rectangular sinks in standard deth cabinets (24") or sinks that do not have a bowl design to offset the faucet location inwards. If I had known ahead of time, getting the backsplash cut thinner might have helped. It is disappointing that for the price point, that it is made in China.

Please be assured that we use only high-quality, virgin steel. We have worked with our fabricators for almost a decade now and are very satisfied with their work. Hand-welded sinks are extremely labor intensive and more expensive to produce than the machine-stamped sinks that most companies sell.
